Resolve Matters provides mediation and dispute/conflict resolution services. Eventually the business will provide these services to a number of different sectors including Family Dispute Resolution - when families have broken down through separation; Juvenile Justice – restorative justice conferencing for young people and Workplaces/organisations responding to interpersonal conflict/workplace bullying.
The client was looking for a low budget identity that could work across the different segments. The design needed to have a “funky” appeal that would still be viewed as professional in nature. It was discussed with the client that people will not reach out for help unless they are in a “mess” and then require professional assistance to help smooth things out for them. The design concept was born from this idea.
